Tried helping gv0tch0 set this up on his machine... I'm using this commit of mdelaurentis/env.git 8d627334ee2bff9695c0f3791444575679e4759b

I have also deleted the setq line in emacs/clojure-stuff.el that references "/src/hmscommon-similarity/target/installed/bin/repl".
